Which airlines can you book?
We are an IATA-accredited agent, so we can ticket on all the major airlines and many smaller regional ones. That includes Uganda Airlines, Emirates, Qatar Airways, Kenya Airways, Ethiopian Airlines, Turkish Airlines and KLM, plus their partners for onward connections.
What does IATA-accredited mean for me?
IATA is the International Air Transport Association. Accredited agents are approved to sell and issue airline tickets directly, so your booking is made with the airline itself and your e-ticket is genuine and confirmed.
What do you need to book my ticket?
Each traveller’s full name exactly as it appears on their passport, your travel dates and a phone number or email. For international trips your passport should be valid for at least six months after you travel.
How do I receive my ticket?
As soon as your booking is paid and issued, we send the e-ticket to your email or WhatsApp. You just show your passport at check-in.
Can I change or cancel my flight?
That depends on the fare rules of the ticket you choose. We explain them before you book, and if your plans change we contact the airline for you.
Do you book group and student travel?
Yes. We arrange tickets for families, church and school groups, business teams and students travelling abroad to study. Tell us the group size and we’ll look for group fares.
Do I need a visa?
That depends on your nationality, your destination and any country you connect through. Check the requirements before you travel, and ask us if you’re unsure about your route.
